城市总体规划编制的技术探索——以蚌埠市总体规划(2005—2020)为例

通过蚌埠市总体规划编制,对总体规划编制的技术进行了一系列探索。在了解城市规划需要解决的主要问题的基础上,通过对不可建设用地的确定,确定城市建设用地范围,采用城市用地条件综合分析,确定城市用地的功能,进一步得出城市的空间结构。关于城市的发展规模和发展方向,采用弹性原则,确定城市的规模,最后确定城市用地发展方向。

Through the Bengfu city master plan establishment,has carried on aseries of explorations to the masterl plan establishment technology.In understood the urban planning needs to solve in the main question foundation,through to cannot construct with the place determination,the definite urban construction uses the scope,uses the city to use the condition generalized analysis,the definite city with the place function,further obtains the city the spatial structure.About the city development scale and the development direction,use the elastic principle,the definite city scale,finally determined the city uses the development direction.
