| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨冠心舒通胶囊对大鼠心律失常保护作用的效果和机理．方法：采用大鼠心肌缺血再灌注致大鼠心律失常动物模型，以BL-420生物机能实验系统观察ECG的相关指标，并进行统计分析．结果：冠心舒通胶囊组与对照组相比较，可以使心肌缺血再灌注大鼠模型的室性早搏、室速与对照组相比均有明显减少（n=10，P〈0．05）．结论：冠心舒通胶囊对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注心律失常具有保护作用．

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of Coronary heart Shutong capsule on arrhythmia in rats. Methods： Rat arrhythmia model was induced by myocardial ischemia reperfusion, the rats were divided into control group and Coronary heart Shutong capsule group, using BL-420 biological functional experimental system to observe the relevant indicators of ECG, and made statistical analysis. Results： The ventricular premature beat and ventricular tachycardia that induced by myocardial ischemia reperfusion decreased significantly in Coronary heart Shutong capsule goup compared with control group. Conclusion： Coronary heart Shutong capsule has a protectiye effect on rat arrhythmia induced by myocardial ischemia reperfusion. |
