| 摘 要： | 按照传统方法配制植物组织培养基时,需要花时间进行一系列的计算。采用“培养基配伍表”和“不同体积的培养基添加不同浓度的组分的取用量”两个表格配制培养基,既减少了大量的计算工作,又避免了在配制培养基过程中容易出现的差错。

| Abstract: | According to traditional method making up the plant tissue culture medium,it needs to spend a lot of time to carry on a series of computations.When use "Culture medium compatibility of medicines form" and"The distinct bulks culture mediums with the amount to be used of distinct concentration components",we can not only reduce a series of works of calculation, but also avoid some errors which can easily arise in the process of making up culture medium. |
