浓香型白酒固形物超标原因及解决方法的研究

摘    要:介绍了浓香型白酒固形物超标的原因主要有加浆水、调香添加剂等.解决方法是保证加浆水勾兑用水质量、选用高质量添加剂;使用软化水硬度在质量浓度0.04mg/L以下的加浆水,浓香型白酒固形物含量与自来水比较减少25倍,使用高质量的添加香料固形物可减少30%.

Abstract:This paper introduced the reasons of the soluble solids over the standards in strong fragrance liquor.The measurement is using the thickening liquid adding and transfer fragrant additives. The quality of adding thickening liquid and additives are the guarantee to the above methods. The thickening liquid of the adding water is below 0.04 mg / L of minerals in water,that made the solid content in the strong fragrance liquor being 25 times lower than the tap water; Using the high quality fragrant additives can make the solids reducing to 30 %.
