摘    要:阐述了悬置系统分析软件的开发,该软件基于VB语言,开发了7个模块,并对其中的扭矩轴位置计算模块、K3段刚度优化模块、位移控制模块的原理及实现方法、过程作了详细的分析论述,同时,对该软件的分析结果作了试验验证和Adams软件验证,证明该软件的正确性和有效性,可以高效地指导动力总成悬置系统的设计开发.

Abstract:In this paper, the software of 7 modules is based on VB, which is designed to analysis and optimize the power train mount system, including the torque-axis-calculating module, the K3- stiffness- optimizing module, the displacement-control module, the principle, the realization and the process about the three modules are discussed particularly. The analysis result is proved by experiment and Adams software, it shows that the software is correct and effective, which can instruct the power train mount system design and development efficiently.
