摘    要:
以Zn(CH3COO)2.2H2O为锌源、三乙醇胺(TEA)为碱源,通过无模板超声化学技术制得了大面积单分散的纳米ZnO多孔球和实心球.产品用XRD、FESEM、IR、UV-vis吸收光谱和光致发光光谱对所制得的ZnO样品进行了结构、形貌和光学性质的测试.通过调控TEA浓度,可获得由20~25 nm的粒子组装成的ZnO多孔球和实心球,多孔球的直径为120~260 nm,实心球的直径为200~340 nm.对球形ZnO纳米结构的生长过程进行了探讨.

Abstract:
Using Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O as zinc source and triethanolamine(TEA) as alkaline source,large-scaled and monodispersed ZnO porous and solid nanospheres are successfully synthesized via a template-free sonochemical process at the ambient condition.The structures,morphologies and optical properties of as-prepared ZnO products are investigated by XRD,FESEM,IR,UV-visible spectrum and photoluminescence spectrum(PL).By careful comtrolling the concentration of TEA,porous ZnO nanospheres with the diameters of 120~260 nm and solid ZnO nanospheres with the diameters of 200~340 nm are obtained,respectively.These ZnO nanospheres are self-assembled by 20~25 nm nanoparticles.The possible formation mechanism of spherical nanostructures is also discussed.
