摘    要:为了在线连续准确测量水体溶液中的氢离子浓度(pH值),为各种生产过程提供准确、可靠的工艺参数,设计了新型pH参数在线测控仪.分析了化学分析法、试纸分析法和电位分析法测量pH值的原理和各种测量方法的优缺点,以及电位分析法测量pH值时环境参数对测量结果的影响和软硬件补偿方法.以电位分析法为基础,应用新材料技术的成果,自制了新型一体化酸度传感器.并以新型高速单片机———ATmega16为核心,设计了具有数据采集与处理、现场控制与远程通信等功能的测控仪表.经实际使用表明,用电位分析法测量各种水体溶液的pH值,可以做到在线实时测量,测量结果准确可靠.以ATmega16为核心的测控仪表,性能先进、抗干扰能力强,可以满足各种工业现场应用的要求.该pH参数在线测控仪已应用到多个工业企业的日常生产过程中,应用前景广泛.

Abstract:A new type pH value measurement and control instrument is mainly designed for the purpose of getting the concentration of hydrogen-ion(the pH value) in various liquors to supply industrial processes with exact and reliable parameters.In this paper,the pH value measuring principles using chemical,testingpaper and potential methods were proposed,advantages and shortcomings of these methods were compared,and environmental parameters pivotal to the potential methods with the software and hardware compensation ways were also discussed.Based on the potential methods and new arisen materials,an integrative sensor was made.A new type microchip(ATmega16) is used as the core of the instrument.The locale using shows that the potential method is exactly used and the measurement results are credible.This on-line pH value measurement and control instrument was used in many industry enterprises,and it will be more and more widely used in the future.
