蠕变损伤强度理论新准则

在理论推证和试验的基础上，建立了一种崭新的蠕变损伤强度理论，引入了一个新的强度指标，即材料的极限有效损伤应力强度。实验证明它较之传统强度理论中的屈服极限或强度极限更具有合理性，实验测定结果的稳定性更好。

A NEW CRITERION OF CREEP DEFORMATION STRENGTH THEORY

On the basis of theoretical reasoning and experiments,this paper established a new kind of creep deformation strength theory.It introduced a new strength index of the maximum effective damage stress strength. Experiments showed that it could be more reasonable than the surrended maximum or strength maximum raised in the traditional strength theory.The stability through experinsents gave a satisfacfory results.Therefore,according to this strength theory, we could make a more reasonable estimation of the effective using life of thermodynamic components or thermodynamic structures which had creep deformation.
