D_+-葡萄糖在Pb-Zn合金电极上电化学还原的研究

摘    要:本文报道以Pb-Zn合金为阴极材料,在隔膜槽中电化学还原D+-葡萄糖制备山梨糖醇的主要工艺条件.测定了阴极材料、电流密度、溶液pH值、浴温度及添加剂等对电解还原电流效率的影响,为选择合适的工业电解条件提供基础数据.

Abstract:The present paper reports the main technological condition of D+- glucose electrochemistry reduced to preparative sorbitol on Pb-Zn alloy electrode in a separator diaphragm cell. The result of experements shows that the current efficiency wan influenced by electrode material, current density, pH of solution, temperature and additive. These basicdata used selection of approprite industry electrolysis condition.
