| 摘 要： | 从人的口腔中取少量牙垢，经过口腔变形链球菌和口腔乳酸杆菌普通培养基培养，再经过专性选择培养基分离及进一步纯化，得到口腔变形链球菌和口腔乳酸杆菌，并进行纯种鉴定．用比浊法测定羧甲基壳聚糖（ＣＭＣＴＳ）对这两种菌的抑制作用．结果表明：ＣＭＣＴＳ对这两种菌都有一定的抑制作用．

| Abstract: | A little tartar was taken from human teeth and cultivated on common L. salivarius and S. mutans medium.The clones germinated was then cultivated on selective medium to get clones of L. salivarius and S. mutans . Liquid phase assay was used to analyse the effects of CMCTS on L. salivarius and S. mutans . The results showed that the reproduction of L. salivarius and S. mutans were both inhibited by CMCTS. |
