基于网络与知识转移视角的跨国公司创新机制与优势构建研究

创新是企业、民族和国家持续发展的不竭动力。跨国公司的优势日益从传统的规模和资本优势转变为网络、知识转移与创新优势。本文从网络和知识转移的角度分析了跨国公司的四种基本创新模式，跨国公司与东道国创新主体之间关系的三种典型类型以及优势构建和转移的方式，分析了中国企业在新形势下面临的机遇和挑战并对中国企业如何应对这种挑战提出了一些政策建议。

Research on the Multinational Corporations' Innovation Mechanism and Advantage Building from the Perspective of Network and Knowledge Transfer

Innovation is the ever-lasting driving power for the sustainable development of enterprises,nations and countries.The advantages of multinational corporations(MNCs) have shifted from the traditional scale and capital advantages to the network,knowledge transfer and innovation advantage.This paper,from the perspective of network and knowledge transfer,analyses the MNCs' four fundamental kinds of innovation patterns,three typical kinds of relationship between the MNCs and the innovative institutions in the host country as well as the advantage building methods,analyzes the opportunities and challenges that Chinese enterprises face under the new condition and proposes some advice for the Chinese enterprises to deal with such challenges.
