| 摘 要： | 我国电大开放教育经过近10年的努力，取得了很大的成绩。但我国电大开放教育要迈入新阶段，还必须根据远程开放教育的特点，从教与学方式的变革和强化实践教学环节等方面进一步进行教学模式改革。

| Abstract: | Great achievements have been made in the open and long-distance education （ODE） of the Radio and Television University （RTU） in the past decade. However, the open and long-distance education in China should change the methods of teaching and learning and strengthen the practice according to the characteristics of ODE to further improve the teaching mode. |
