摘    要:以流体动力学为基础,根据从柱塞-泵筒运动副在井底流场下的变形、柱塞-泵筒运动副的流体润滑特性、漏失特性和柱塞泵筒运动副的能耗特性,研究了柱塞-泵筒运动几何尺寸的合理选取方法和选取公式.结果表明,运动副在液压力作用下呈“V”字形,应注意防砂和排砂.下井后运动副的间隙值会有较大改变,地面试验的间隙值只能作为参考,同时应改进现有抽油泵试验台的模拟条件.柱塞的有效长度、柱塞-泵筒相对运动速度和柱塞-泵筒初始间隙是相互关联的三个因素,选取时应综合考虑井深、抽汲液粘度、井温、排量、加工成本和工作可靠性等影响,以取得较好的经济技术指标.

Abstract:Based on fluid dynamics, the deformation of the moving pair of the sucker-rod pump under downhole conditions, the characteristics of lubrication, leakage and consuming energy in the pair are analyzed. Determination of the rational sizes of the working pair is discussed. The calculations showed that the downhole plunger and barrel will assume a V-shaped clearance. It is imperative to prevent and displace sand out of it. The clearances in the pair under the test conditions of below the surface and on the surface are discrepant. So the clearance on the surface test can only serve as a reference. The pump test unit to simulate the downhole conditions should be improved in order to get the good economic and technical effects. The effective length of the plunger, the relative velocity of the plunger and the barrel, and the primary clearance in the pair on the surface should be determined with consideration of pump setting depth, viscosity and temperature of the pumped fluid. displacement of the pump. machine cost and working reliability of the pump.
