磁流变体的磁致固化研究

摘    要:基于简单偶极子模型,分别用热力学方法与统计力学方法计算磁流变液体系的自由能,考虑体系中颗粒的渗透压,研究磁流变液的磁致固化.结果发现,当外加磁场超过临界磁场值Hc时,体系发生由液相向固相的转变.此外,温度变化也可以引起磁流变液的磁致固化.

Abstract:Basing on the model of simple dipoles, the free energy of magnetorheological (MR) fluids is calculated by using the method of thermodynamics and statistical mechanics, the osmotic pressure of the system is considered, the magnetic induced solidification of MR fluids is studied. The results show that Magnetorhiological Fluids experiences a liquid phase to a solid phase when the applied magnetic field exceeds critical magnetic field H_c. In addition, we also find that the solidification can occur with the change of temperature.
