| 摘 要： | 网络技术的快速发展使图书馆发生了巨大的变化,只有不断地创新,图书馆事业才能不断向前发展。从服务理念、服务方式、服务内容3个方面说明了美国高校图书馆在读者服务方面的创新,探讨了这些创新对我国高校图书馆读者服务的启示。
