| 摘 要： | 阐述了图书馆文化的内涵、特征及高校图书馆文化建设的基本原则,探讨了图书馆文化体系建设的对策,指出高校图书馆文化建设是一项系统工程,应从高校图书馆文化的整体设计出发,有目的、有计划、有组织地进行物质文化建设、环境文化氛围的营造,以达到整体的功效。
