大学生体力活动与视屏时间的现况调查

采用横断面调查、整群抽样及现场调查,以阜阳职业技术学院和阜阳师范学院的大学生为研究对象,进行问卷调查。将问卷内容分为在校体育活动、课外体力活动情况、课业负担与视屏时间3个部分,并按照大一、大二、大三组进行比较。结果表明,各学段学生基本每周都能保证有两节体育课,但活动强度较低;校外体育活动极为匮乏,分别有44%、47%、55%的大一、大二、大三学生每周无专门的体育锻炼;有13%、36%、50%的大一、大二、大三学生认为课业负担比较重,很吃力;有19%、17%、11%的大一、大二、大三学生每天上网、玩3G手机的时间超过2 h。认为高校在校学生的体力活动水平较低,视频时间较长,看电脑和玩3G手机占用了学生的大部分课余时间。

Inventory survey on college students'physical activity and video-watching time

Cross-sectional investigation, cluster sampling and field investigation werc employed to carry out a questionnaire survey on students from Fuyang Vocational and Technical College and Fuyang Teachers College. The questionnaire contains three parts, namely, the school sports activities, extracurricular physical activity, schoolwork and video-watching time. The research subjects were divided into freshmen, sophomores and juniors, and the results of the questionnaire were compared among the three groups. It was found that 1 ） all the three groups have two P.E. classes every week, but the activity intensity is relatively low; 2） all the three groups are lacking in extracurricular physical activity, and 44% of freshmen, 47% sophomores, and 55% juniors do not do special physical exercise weekly; 3 ） the students thinking that the schoolwork is too much and too hard account for 13%, 36% , 50% respectively of the three groups; 4） there are respectively 19%, 17% , 11% of the three groups who surf the Internet and play 3G mobile phone more than 2 hours every day. The results show that college students in Fuyang city have not only low physical activity level but also long video-watching time, and watching computer and playing 3G mobile phone occupy most of their spare time.
