摘    要:在食用菌栽培学课程教学中,针对食用菌栽培学的特点和实际情况,有针对性从以下几个方面进行了教学改革探索:第一,分析了食用菌栽培学教学过程中常见问题;第二,从提高学生学习兴趣,完善实验室设施和扩建实验实习基地等方面着手,增加实验实习课并完善与食用菌生产厂家建立的合作关系等方面来展开对食用菌栽培学的教学。教改探索的结果是增强了学生学习食用菌栽培学课程的兴趣,实际动手能力大大提高。

Abstract:In the course teaching of eidble fungus cultivation, the exploration of teaching reform including below three aspects was carried out, according to the characteristics of course of edible fungi cultivation and the actual situation. First, the common problems in teaching process should be realized; second, in order to strengthen the effects of course teaching about the edible fungus cultivation, the theory learning should be strengthen, the experimental building and practice base should be expanded, the practice lessons should be increased and the touch with the mill of the mushroom yielding should be reinforced. Based on the above explora- tion, students' interest of learning the theory of the edible fungus cultivation is increased ; the ability of practicing is strengthened.
