| 摘 要： | 科技人才的竞争已经成为各国发展战略的首要环节。对天津市科技人才吸引政策的现状进行了述评,通过实证分析出吸引科技人才的影响因素,目的是完善天津市吸引科技人才政策,争取到更多的科技人才来津工作,促进天津市更好更快地发展。

| Abstract: | Science and technology talent competition has become a national strategy for the development of the first link.This article through to the Tianjin science and technology to attract talent policy current situation are reviewed,through the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of attracting talent in science and technology,the objective is to improve the Tianjin attracting talent in science and technology policy,for the more scientific and technological personnel to Tianjin,Tianjin to promote better and faster development. |
