摘    要:高校辅导员是学生日常思想政治教育及服务育人工作的骨干力量,其工作具有浓重的服务性质。本文运用服务质量差距模型分析辅导员的服务质量差距,发现其服务质量的不足与根源,并提出了弥合服务差距、提升服务质量的对策。

Abstract:The Guider is backbone strength of student daily ideological and political education and educating the student with the service.Its work has the strong service character.This article uses Service Quality Model to analyze the gap of the Guider's Service Quality,and discovered the insufficiency and the root of his service quality,then proposes the countermeasure closing service gap and promoting the service quality.
