N-芳基-3-芳氧基-4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-5-硫基乙酰胺的合成及生物活性

摘    要:通过3-芳氧基-4-苯基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑和芳基氯乙酰胺在碱性条件下的硫烷基化反应,合成了14个2-(3-芳氧甲基-4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-5-硫基)乙酰芳胺.化合物结构经元素分析、<'1>HNMR和IR进行了表征.生物活性试验表明部分化合物对小麦的根有促进作用,而对所有的茎都有抑制活性.

Abstract:A series of new N-aryl-3-phenoxymethyl-4-phenyl-4H-l,2,4-triazol-5-ylsulfanyl acetamides were synthesized by the reaction of S-alkylation of N-phenyl-2-chloroacetamide and some triazole derivatives under the conditions of alkali.The structures of all synthesized compounds were elucidated and confirmed by IR, ~1HNMR and elemental analysis.The preliminary biological tests show that some of the titles compared can have helpful effects on plants roots,and some inhibit plants' stems at all ranges of concentratio...
