微处理器系统的故障测试系统

摘    要:提出一种用于微处理器系统故障诊断的测试系统,该系统基于特征分析,采用软件切换技术,使测系统与被测系统在一CPU控制下工作,由测试系统从外部向被测系统施加激励,能对内部不含特征激励的微处理器系统进行故障诊断,确定测量窗口宽度的启、停信号直接由测试系统的内部产生,该测试系统可通过RS-232接口与微机联机,以8031单片机为被测对象,对本测试系统的功能进行了验证。

Abstract:his paper describes a testing system based on signature analysis for fault diagnosis of the microprocesspr system. Both the testing system and UUT could work under the same CPU control through a soft switCh. The testing system not only collects the data streams from the UUT to form the signature, but also provides stimulus generation to the UUT, and thus microprocessor systems in which the signature stimulus is not built can be diagnosed by this testing.system. Another unique point is that the start and stop signals determining the width of the measuring window can be directly obtained from the testing system,but not from the UUT. This system can be connected with a microcomputer through a series interface R-232. The function of this system is verified with the 8031 microchip system as the UUT.
