| Abstract: | While genetic research is used as a sharp weapon for the exploration of human beings' bodies and for the research of numerous and complicated natural world,it also arouses some ethical and legal problems such as gene discriminati on and human cloning.How to protect the right of genetic information,the right of genetic privacy and the right of genetic patent with law.The thesis discusses these problems from two aspects : ethical standards and legislative protection.The thesis aims at the lawful standardizing of genetic research for the benefit of human beings. |
