| Abstract: | This paper descrites the experimental inverstigation results of improvingthe two--stroke gasoline engine f,erformance by separatied scavenging, discuses the determination of the major separatied scavenging parameters and their influence on the engineperformance, and analyses the performance characteristics of the separatied scavenginggasoline enging. The average specific fuel consumption of the separatied scavenging engineis lower than that of the original engine by 14.3 %. |
