外来工是伴随改革开放出现的新兴社会群体,他们在中国城镇化进程中起了巨大的推动作用.但是,他们又是社会的弱势群体.解决外来工问题,关键在于提高外来工的职业技术技能,培养其在城市生存、发展的本领.从外来工产生的背景和基本情况入手,论证了大力开展外来工职业技能培训的必要性,并从培训模式、培训投入、培训实效、教学和管理形式等方面探讨了高职院校开展外来工职业技能培训的主要思路.

Discussion on the Professional Training of Vocational Higher Education Institutions for Non-native Workers

In view of the background of the emergence of non-native workers and the general information about them, this paper elaborates the necessity of making great efforts to do the professional training for them. It also presents some ideas to vocational higher education institutions about how to do the professional training for non-native workers with regard, to training mode, investment, substantial results, teaching and management modes etc.
