| 摘 要： | 研究补阳还五口服液制备工艺条件.采用煎煮法提取口服液中的多糖成分和黄芪甲苷,分光光度法测定多糖成分,薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷.采用正交设计,得到最佳工艺:煎煮2次,每次0.5 h,浓缩比1∶3,70%醇沉,琼脂作稳定剂.
