哈尔滨市土地利用综合效益评价

近年来,哈尔滨市人地关系逐渐紧张,为了分析其土地利用的效益水平,通过功效系数法,计算哈尔滨市土地利用的经济、社会、生态以及综合效益.首先综合筛选评价指标建立指标体系,并以特尔非法确定各指标权重,通过Excel软件建立模型计算各指标功效系数和城市土地利用的综合功效系数,对计算结果进行分析评价.结果表明,近几年哈尔滨市土地利用综合效益水平不稳定,分别在2003年和2006年出现了两次较大的波动,而引起这两次波动的最主要的原因在于行政区划的调整.

The Evaluation of Urban Land Use Efficiency in Harbin City

In recent years,man-land relation of Harbin gradually get nervous,in order to analyze its land use efficiency level,based on the efficacy coefficient method,land utilization of economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits and comprehensive benefits of Harbin city were analyzed.First comprehensive screening evaluation index system was set up,and determines various index proportion by Delphi illegal,and establishing the model by Excel software,the index efficacy coefficient and the comprehensive efficacy coefficient were calculated.in the meantime,the results were analyzed and appraised.The results show that,in recent years,the land use comprehensive benefits level of Harbin city is not stable,respectively in 2003 and 2006 appeared twice larger fluctuation,the main reason of these two fluctuation is that administrative division adjustment.
