出版社资源配置与AHP-模糊综合评价

首先构建了资源优化配置的基本理论框架.通过给出影响出版社资源配置的五个主要因子及强势系数,利用层次分析法确定了因子的权重,通过各自相应的计算公式求出隶属于九类出版社的单位行向量,进而得到了Fuzzy隶属矩阵,根据Fuzzy综合评价的理论方法得到了总社到分社的第一次分配方案.第二次分配时着重考虑了经济效益、市场评价和计划申请书号数等因素,通过对各个因素的综合考虑和评价矩阵元素的数次修正使得二次分配方案比较理想.对于出版社资源合理、优化配置具有一定的参考价值.

Fuzzy Synthetical Evaluation and Allocation of the Publishing Company Resources

This paper constructs the fundamental theory frame of resources optimization allocation and gives five main factors which influence the publishing company resources allocation and strong trend coefficient.Analytic hierarchy process has been used to determine the above five factor weight,then extracts respectively through the corresponding formula subordinates in nine kinds of publishing company＇s unit course quantities,closely obtained the Fuzzy subordination matrix.According to the Fuzzy synthetical evaluation theory method,it forms the main agency to branch＇s first assignment plan.The second assignment has considered emphatically factors on economic efficiency,market appraisal and plan requisition serial number.The second assignment is regarded to be ideal through overall evaluation of each factors and the appraisal matrix element.It has given some beneficial suggestions or certain reference values for the publishing company to use resources reasonable and optimize allocation.
