常温和低温下草甘膦对铁皇冠SOD、CAT、POD活性和MDA含量的影响

摘    要:研究草甘膦不同浓度胁迫下,常温(30/25℃,白天/黑夜)和低温(15/7℃,白天/黑夜)铁皇冠叶片SOD、CAT、POD活性和MDA含量变化.结果表明草甘膦胁迫条件下导致铁皇冠叶片的3种酶活性在一定范围内都表现出升高的趋势,这说明SOD、POD、CAT活性的提高与维持是植物耐胁迫的重要生理基础.常温下MDA含量呈波动性变化,低温下MDA含量逐渐增加,这说明低温和草甘膦双胁迫下,铁皇冠受到更为严重的伤害.

Abstract:The variation of activity of SOD,CAT,POD and the content of MDA in Microsorium pteropus caused by different concentration glyphosate stress at normal(30/25℃,day/night) and low(15/7℃,day/night) temperature are studied.The results showed that activity of SOD,POD,CAT of Microsorium pteropus caused by glyphosate stress raised to some extent which led to increase and maintaining of plant stress endurance.Content of MDA fluctuate at normal temperature and increased gradually at low temperature which indicated Microsorium pteropus was more seriously harmed under both low temperature and glyphosate stress.
