胃仙治煎剂对大鼠实验性胃溃疡的作用

摘    要:目的:研究胃仙治效剂对胃溃疡的作用。方法:接改良的OKabe法和使用乙醇制造大鼠实验性胃溃疡模型。实验大鼠分为四组,即对照组(蒸馏水)、法英替丁用(3.6mg/kg/日)、胃仙治高剂量组(浓度100%)、骨仙治低剂量组(浓度50%)。乙醇所致的溃疡组,模型制备后三天开始给药,乙醇所致溃病组模型制备前给药。均每日二次灌胃,连续15天,每次给药2.0ml/200g容积。最后一次给药的次日剖检大鼠,计算溃疡指数及观察有无穿孔。结果:给药组作用与对照组相比,均有显著性差异,胃仙治高剂量组作用优于法莫替丁组。结论:胃仙治煎剂具有抗大鼠实验性溃疡作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study effects of Weixianzhi decoction of gastric ulcer were made by using modified Okabe method and ethanol.The experimental rats were divided into four groups,control group(distilled water,)high dose of Weixianzhi (100%) and low dose of Weixianzhi(50%). The rats with gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid were administered 3 dayx after the models were made, and the ratswith gastric ulcer induced by ethanol had been administered 15 days before the models were made.The water and drugs were given orally two times per day and15 days in succession,and the volume per time was 2.0ml/200g.The rats were dissected and examined the next day after the last day when the rats were administered to see if the rats suffering from gastric performation.Results:The dats showed that the effects of All the drug groups were significantly different from those ofcontrol group,and the effects of high dose of a Weixianzhi were better than those of famotidine group.Conclusion:Weixianzhi decoc tion has effec on experimentelgastric ulcer.
