| 摘 要： | 随着生产力的提高,社会文明的进步,严刑苛罚已成为历史,寻求刑罚的人道性、科学性、效益性成为社会的必需。刑罚基本的发展趋势是从残酷刑罚到宽和刑罚。在世界大趋势的影响下,我国刑罚结构的调整一定会向着轻重相宜、以轻为主的方向发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of productivity and advancement of social civilization,excruciation has been history.It is necessary for the society to quest for humanistic,scientific and effective penalty.The basic developmental trend of penalty is from cruel one to clement one.The evolution of death penalty and flourish of fine penalty make it possible to mitigate penalty.Being influenced by that great current,the punitive structure in China will certainly be adjusted and well situated between mitigation and severity and mainly emphasize on the former. |
