| 摘 要： | 解决现阶段我国人口问题,要充分理解邓小平"人均"与"量化"的发展目标,着重解决好农村的人口和计划生育问题,这也是事关我国经济社会发展的重要问题。中国人口及计划生育工作的实践证明,实行计划生育作为一项基本国策是解决我国人口问题的最有力措施。

| Abstract: | To solve the population problems in China at present,we must sufficiently comprehend the developmental goal of "individual average" and "quantifiaction" and put emphasis on the solution of rural population and family planning.This is the important problem which is related to the economic and social development.The practice of China population and family planning has demonstrated that as one of China's basic nantional policies,the implementation of family planning is the most forceful measure to deal with the polution problem in China. |
