摘    要:为提高碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料电性能的稳定性,采用钛酸酯偶联剂对碳纤维表面进行了处理,研究了以短切碳纤维毡为导电填料、环氧树脂为基体的导电复合材料的电阻-温度特性.结果表明:随碳纤维含量的增高,复合材料的电阻在温度变化下的稳定性增强;碳纤维经表面处理后,其复合材料的电阻率显著降低,且电阻值随温度的波动性也大幅下降.

Influence of Surface Treatments on Conductive Properties of Carbon Fiber /Epoxy Resin Composites

Abstract:In order to improve the stability of electrical properties of carbon fiber /epoxy resin composites .The resistance-temperature property of carbon fiber/epoxy resin composites was investigated using carbon fiber ( CF ) mat treated with titanate coupling agent as conductive fillers .The result showed that as the CF fraction increased , the stability of dectrical resistance of composites was enhanced under temperature variation .In addition of the electric resistivity of composities was remarkly enhanced and temperature-dependent fluctuation of resistance value was langely decreased after the surface treatment of CF .
