中韩两国小学教育师资培养与课程方案比较研究

摘    要:培养高素质本科学历小学师资是适应社会发展、与国际教师教育有机接轨的必然趋势 ;不同时代、不同国家、不同学校其培养小学师资的课程方案或培养模式都具有共性的统一与个性的差异 ;基于对中韩两国初等教育 (小学教育 )师资培养体制与课程方案的比较研究 ,应进一步改革我国小学教育本科专业的课程结构与培养模式

Abstract:The development of qualified primary teachers with regular college qualification is a trend to meet the social development and international teacher education. The course program and cultivating mode of primary teacher development in different countries at different times have their own features. A comparative study of Sino-Korean teacher development systems and course programs for primary school teacher education concludes that more considerations should be focused on the reform of the curriculum structure and cultivating mode. in terms of China's undergraduate program for primary school teachers.
