磷酸三丁酯-Span80-二甲苯乳状液膜迁移、富集稀土元素La(Ⅲ)的研究

摘    要:用TBD-Span80-二甲苯乳状液膜体系研究了La3+的迁移行为,确定了完全、快速迁移La3+的条件.在该条件下,能够使La3+从常见过渡元素Fe3+、Co2+、Ni2+、Cu2+、Cd2+、Mn2+、Zn2+等离子的混合液中得到完全分离.

Abstract:The transport behaviour of La(Ⅲ) through the emulsion liquid membrane system of TBP-Span80-Oxylene has been studied.The transport and enrichment condition of La(Ⅲ) are as follows: membrane phase:0.04 mol/L TBP- 3% (w/v) Span80-Oxylene; outphase: with 3.0 mol/L HNO 3 as medium: inner phase: 0.15 mol/L Na 2S 2O 3. The transport rate of La(Ⅲ) in 10 minutes is above 98%.In this case ,many coexisiting ions, such as Cu 2+ ,Co 2+ ,Ni 2+ ,Fe 3+ ,Cd 2+ ,Mn 2+ etc, can not be transported through this emulsion liquid membrane. So La(Ⅲ) can be separated from these lons satisfactorily.
