摘    要:本文应用Grimelius法观察了白眉蝮蛇消化道的嗜银细胞.结果显示:嗜银细胞见于消化道全长,分布密度从食管到幽门逐渐升高,到幽门达最大值,从幽门到直肠又逐渐下降.嗜银细胞分布于粘膜上皮之间或腺泡上皮之间,也有少量位于固有膜内.通过形态学观察认为嗜银细胞具有内、外、旁分泌三种作用途径.

Abstract:The argyrophil cells in Gloydius ussuriensis (Emelianov) digestive tract were studied with the silver nitrate method of Grimelius (Grimelius 1968). The argyrophil cells could be observed throughout the digestive tract, from esophagus to rectum. The number of the argyrophil cells progressively increased, reaching a maximum in pars pylorica, they then decreased. They were seen between epithelial cells of mucosa and epithelial cells glands of gut and a few in lamina propria. The results indicated that the argyrophil cells might have endocrine, exocrine, paracrine functions.
