家兔模拟直肠癌手术损伤盆腔植物性神经后的性机能观察

摘    要:为了验证损伤盆腔植物性神经后会导致术后性机能障碍,以及进一步了解神经的走行和解剖关系,对雄性家兔进行了模拟直肠癌根治性手术的实验:即损伤其低前神经盆内脏神经及盆丛后再与雌性家兔配对,继续喂养6个月,看有无生育能力,以观察性机能。观察结果:生育者只占10%,而对照组全部有生育,这与临床上直肠癌振治性手术后所发生的排尿、性机能障碍基本一致。这项研究为实施保存植物性神经的直肠癌手术提供了可靠依据;对维持直肠癌术后的排尿和性机能,提高生存质量有重要意义。

Abstract:The operation was made on male rabbit with experimant of the simulated radicalresection for rectal carcinoma in order to test and verify the reeult of posstoporative sexual disfunctionafter injury of pelvic autonomic nerves and to find out the courses of the nerves and their adjacentrelationship of anatomy. After the prcacral nerve,pelvic splanchnic nerve and pelvic plexus wereinjufd, the male tabbits were mated up with females, They were raised persistentiy for 6 months fortesting their repreductive ability and observing their sexual function. This result suggested that only 10percent of the mated rabbits gave birth to baby rabbits,while all the controlled rabbits had the ability ofchiid-bearing.This is basically agreeable to the disfunetion of urination sex clinically after radicalresection of rectal cancer.The research has provided reliable basis for performance of the radicalresection of rectal carcinoma with preservation of pelvic autonomic nerves and is important tomaintenance of postoperative functions of urination and sex and to improvement of survival quality forthe patients of rectal cancer.
