摘    要:本文分析了高能球磨法制备石英粉纳米粉的机理,提出了提高球磨强度是关键;对制备石英纳米粉的设备行星式高能球磨机的工作原理及特点进行了分析;通过对实验结果的分析,论证了高能球磨法制备石英纳米粉的可行性.

Abstract:In this paper, mechanism of the preparation of nano-scale quartz powder by high energy ball milling is analysed. The sticking point is enhancing the intensity of ball milling. Working principle and characteristic of the planetary high energy ball milling are theoretically analysed. The feasibility of the preparation of nano-scale quartz powder by high energy ball milling is demonstrated through an analysis of experimental result.
