几何模型在排球扣球技术教学中应用的实验研究

摘    要:以排球扣球过网点为切入点,借助几何模型,结合运动技能形成机制,在传统教学法的基础上对排球扣球技术进行干预实验研究。结果表明:在排球扣球技术中应用几何模型引导教学,有利于缩短教学周期、提高教学质量,优化教学效果。

Abstract:On the basis of traditional teaching approaches,this paper is an experimental study of volleyball drop shot techniques.With the aid of geometric model,it starts with the discussion of drop shot point and centers on the skill formation mechanism in sports.The result shows that:with the guidance the geometric model,volleyball drop shot teaching period can be shortened,the quality of teaching can be improved,and the effectiveness of teaching can be optimized.
