| 摘 要： | 近年来，国内外对砷剂与肿瘤的研究发展很快．研究发现砷剂抗肿瘤作用的分子机制可能包括：(1)诱导细胞分化；(2)细胞周期阻滞；(3)直接损伤DNA；(4)诱导细胞凋亡．其中主要是通过诱导凋亡实现抗肿瘤作用。
