| 摘 要： | 我们分别用BaF_2,BaCl_2及YF_3来部分取代BaCO_3及Y_2O_3,制备出一系列含卤族元素的超导体。并用调整F(Cl)的含量的方法,探求了与超导机制相关的信息;对掺F高T_C超导体的T_C变化现象作了检证。 报导了氯化物掺杂对YBa_2CU_3O_(7-δ)超导电性影响的初步研究结果。

| Abstract: | In this study, by partly replacing BaCO_3 and Y_2O_3 with BaF_2, BaCl_2 and YF_3 respectively,a series of samples were synthesized. The R-T, M-T curves and X-ray diffraction patterns of the samples were measured. From experiments, it was found that a small amount of dopant has little effect on T_(ce), but makes the M-H curves changed. When the amount of dopant is increased, the superconductivity of samples disappeared. The effect of doping with Chloride on the superconductivity of Y-Ba-Cu-O is reported. |
