| Abstract: | As compared with using the same loscope, using Boxcar for researching on the inverse recovery process of the transistor diode is possessed of several advantages It has a simpler configuration of equipments and can acquire, store up and process cxperi- mental datum by computer, and that can repeatedly average over the datum.This paper introduced the principle of sampling and averaging over the datum by Boxcar,the config- uration of equipments and the expermental circuit,and disscusscd the experimental results. |
