穿孔法等离子弧立焊起弧过程的研究

摘    要:研究了铝合金等离子弧穿孔法立焊起弧过程的条件及特点.结果表明:起弧过程中在穿孔形成之前,起弧区域的金属应得到适当的预热,这样建立起来的穿孔熔池才能顺利地过渡到正常焊接状态.同时,起弧过程中,在穿孔形成的瞬间,电弧电压有一明显的下降信号,利用此信号可判断穿孔熔池是否形成.

Abstract:The factors and characteristics of the start segment in the aluminium keyholing vertical-up PAW process are studied. Experimental results show that from the keyholing puddle to the welding puddle, the metal should be properly preheated with plasma arc before the formation of the keyhole. The arcvoltage will drop dramatically the instant the keyhole is formed and this indication may be used to judge whether or not the keyholing puddle is formed.
