节节麦(Ae.squarrosa)和普通小麦(T.aestivum)及其F_1的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶比较

摘    要:本文对应用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,分析了灌浆期旗叶酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶。结果表明,节节麦(DD)、普通小麦(AABBDD)具有共同的5条酯酶同工酶带,8条过氧化物酶同工酶带。双亲共有的过氧化物酶同工酶带均能在其杂种 F_1(ABDD)中表达,酯酶同工酶带则只有2条得以表达。

Abstract:Peroxidase and esterase isozymes of flag leaves in the milking stage were analyzed by polyacrylamide vertical slabgel electophoresis.The results showed that there were 8 bands of iso-peroxidase and 5 bands of iso-esterase in Ae.sq- uarrosa and T.aestivum.These bands of iso-peroxidase appeared all in their hy- brid F_1,and only two bands of iso-esterase in F_1.
