| 摘 要： | 用磁控溅射的方法,研究在热压Mn—Zn铁氧体上溅射铝后,不仅铁氧体磁性能得到改善,而且发现在铁氧体表面形成了一层厚约20μm的优良的软磁性磁层。

| Abstract: | After alumina being deposited on the hot—pressed Mn—Zn ferrites by means of magnetron sputtering, we study the changes in the magnetic properties of hot—pressed ferrites. The magnetic properties can be improved anti the layer with the excellent soft magnetic character is formed on the surface of ferrite. |
