钢制压力容器筒体卷制时的应力与应变

摘    要:采用塑性力学的增量理论分析了钢制压力容器简体在用钢板有卷成形时产生的应力与应变.应变分析表明理想刚塑性模型的应力一应变曲线能适用增量理论对筒体的成形进行塑性分析,且简体在弯卷成形时保持钢板的厚度恒定不变;应力分析表明筒体在弯卷成形中产生的“初始应力”是不对称的.还指出在卷制时允许钢板反弹对筒体承受内压载荷有好处.

Abstract:This paper,on the basis of the imcremental theory of Plasticity, analyses the stress and strain caused in the cylinder of steel pressure vessels when the steel plate is made into a cylinder. In the strain analysis,it shows that the thickness of steel plate keeps constant when the steel plate is rolled into a cylinder in the process of bending, and the stress- strain curve of the perfect stiffplastic model is suited to the plastic analysis of the cylinder of pressure vessels when the steel plate is made into a cylinder by means of the incremental the-ory.In the stress analysis,it shows that the inherent stress caused in cylinder,when the steel plate was made into a cylinder,is asymmetric.Besides,it is advantageous for the cylin-der of pressure vessel to bear internal pressure when the steel plate is allowed to spring back after having been roofed.
