VA菌根对玉米、油葵苗期生长的影响

摘    要:用盆栽试验研究了VA菌根对玉米、油葵苗期生长的影响。试验结果一致表明,接种VA菌根使玉米、油葵的叶面积、株高和干物质重量均有明显增长,经方差分析达到极显著或显著水平。在含有效磷低的土壤中接种VA菌根并施磷矿粉,能使玉米、油葵茎叶中P_2O_5的含量大大增加。本试验进一步证明VA菌根能显著的促进作物的生长发育,能增进作物对磷素营养的吸收利用。

Abstract:Effect of VA mycorrhizic on growth of corn and oil sunflower was studied in the seedling stage in pot-culture test. The result showed that inoculating VA mycorrhizic made leaf area, height and dried material weight of corn and oil sunflower obvious improvement, which was tested as remarkable level by variance analysis. the P2O5 confent greatly increased in the soil with low effective phosphorus by in oculating VA mycorrhizic and spreading phosphate mineral powdery. It was farther clearified in the test that VA mycorrhizic may improve the development of crop and its taking in phosphate nourishment.
