摘    要:用普通的电子陶瓷工艺制备了PbO-SrO-BaO-Nb2O5(PSBN)系统民陶瓷,研究了PSBN系统铁电陶瓷的介电性能与烧结温度的关系,XRD分析表明:PSBN系统铁电陶瓷的主晶相是Pb0.7Ba0.3Nb2O6(PBN)、Sr0.5Ba0.5Nb2O6(SBN)和Ba0.27Sr0.75Nb2O5.78(BSN),将这一复杂的化学系统看作三元系固熔体,其中PBN、SBN和BSN各相比例随烧结温

Abstract:In the paper the composition PbO SrO BaO Nb 2O 5(PSBN) system feroelectric ceramic is prepared by general electronic ceramic processing and dielectric properties relating to sintering temperature were studied. The XRD analyses indicate that the major phase of the system is Pb 0.7 Ba 0.3 Nb 2O 6(PBN), Sr 0.5 Ba 0.5 Nb 2O 6(SBN), and Ba 0.27 Sr 0.75 Nb 2O 5.78 (BSN). We consider the system as a three component solid solution. The ratio of PBN, SBN, and BSN is changed by their sintering temperature. It effects the change in dielectric properties of PSBN system whose dielectric constant is increased and curie temperature is moved to negative temperautre when the sintering temperature is increased.
