红外干燥实验研究和三阶段干燥理论分析

摘    要:针对30mm厚木板红外干燥实验结果,进行了物料三阶段(加热段、恒速段和降速段)的分析,且在实际工程应用中获得明显效益。用大量动态测试数据和简化的非稳态传热传质方程分析了采用优化操作条件实现厚木板红外干燥过程的节能、省时和优质,同时证明可以采用新的无因次准则方程和三阶段理论来研究物料干燥过程。

Abstract:Based on the experimental results of the infrared drying of a 30 mm plank, this paper studies the characteristics of the three phases of drying and its application. The measurement data and the simplified drying kinetic equations have been analysed. The use of optimized kinetics operational condition ensures the saving of time, energy and keeping product quality in the infrared drying. The drying process can be studied by new nondimensional numbers equation and three phase theory.
