三维能量释放率虚拟裂纹扩展算法及工程应用

摘    要:构造了三维条件下虚拟裂纹扩展(VCE)算法公式及计算程序。结合ADINA非线性有限元程序,对压力容器带轴向、环向裂纹及带接管压力容器相贯区有贯穿裂纹时的能量释放率(G)进行了计算分析,结果表明,对于压力容器结构,VCE算法是一种有效、精确的计算断裂参量G的方法,为应用弹塑性断裂理论评定复杂压力容器结构的安全可靠性奠定基础。

Abstract:The formulation and implementation of virtual crack extension (VCE) calculating method for 3D condition are discussed in this paper, and its program was compiled by FORTRAN language. By using this method, combined with the finite element code ADINA, the energy release rates ( G ) of pressure vessels with axial or hoop cracks, and pressure vessel nozzle junctions with through cracks are analyzed. Present results indicate that VCE method is an accurate and efficient method for the calculations of fracture parameter G in pressure vessel structures, which provide the basis for the safety assessment of complicated pressure vessel structures using elastic plastic fracture theory.
